Intended Use:

The i-Sugar Blood Glucose Test Strips are used with the i-Sugar Blood Glucose Meters to quantitatively measure glucose in whole blood.

Measuring Range:

• 10~750 mg/dl (0.6-41.7mmol/L)

Storage and Handling:

• Store between 2°C and 30°
• Keep away from sunlight.
• Store test strip in their original vial with the cap tightly closed.
• The test strips should be used within 120 days after first opening.
• Don’t use the test strips beyond expiry date.
• Do not blend, cut, or alter the test strips in any way.

Cautions:

• The i-Sugar Blood Glucose Test Strips are for single use only. Don’t reuse.
• Use the test strips within 4 minutes after taking it out from the vial or the test strip may get damped, and your results may be wrong.
• Don’t use test strips that are wet, stretched, or damaged in any way.
• Don’t smear blood drop onto the application point above the reaction zone of the test strips.
